Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. During sales, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days across India. Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occur and are outside our direct control.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided through email, SMS, or available contact details, allowing you to monitor delivery status.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. HypeCulture will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or unavailable recipients.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment completion.

If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
